The "from" prices are for the made-to-measure gate itself. Full automation — the Nice 24v underground kit plus professional, force-tested installation — adds £4,450. You can see it added in the builder, and you can also have the gate supplied without automation.
Because you shouldn't have to wait days for a quote to find out if a gate is in your budget. Our designs are made to measure, but the pricing is fixed and published, so you can see exactly what yours costs before you talk to anyone.
Four things, mainly: the design you choose, the size of your opening (three size bands), whether it's automated, and your driveway surface (a shingle drive needs less groundwork than block paving or concrete). Posts, intercoms, keypads and finishing touches are optional add-ons.
