Prices

All prices shown on the website exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. The published prices include the made-to-measure gate, delivery and professional installation for the options you choose. They're firm for those options — if your gateway needs anything unusual, we tell you before any work begins, never after.

Placing an order

Placing an order online takes no payment and isn't a binding contract. It tells us you'd like to proceed. We then arrange a site visit to take final measurements and confirm everything. The order is confirmed once we've measured up and you've agreed the final details.

Staged payments

Once your order is confirmed, payment is taken in stages as the work progresses — typically 50% to confirm and start, 20% on manufacture, 20% on delivery before installation, and 10% on completion. The exact schedule is confirmed in writing with your order.

Measurements & safety

We take the final measurements ourselves and are responsible for them. Every automated gate is risk-assessed, force-tested to BS EN 12453 and certified before handover.

Guarantee

Our work is covered by the guarantee set out on our guarantee page — a lifetime guarantee on the metalwork, a 3-year automation warranty and a 12-month installation guarantee, subject to reasonable maintenance.
