Our commitment is simple: to make sure things don't go wrong, and if they ever do, to put them right quickly and with no fuss. Every gate is backed by a lifetime guarantee on the metalwork, a 3-year automation warranty and a 12-month installation guarantee.

The guarantee — frequently asked
The things we're responsible for: the integrity of the gate's fabrication, the workmanship of the installation, and the protective finish against rust under normal conditions. Automation and access components are covered to their manufacturer's terms, and our installation of them is covered by us. It excludes accidental damage, neglect, third-party alteration and fair wear.
Yes, under normal conditions and with reasonable aftercare. Where specified, gates are hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated, which together give a long, protected life. Exposed and near-coastal sites are specified with extra protection from the start.
Keep the gate reasonably maintained, keep the coating in good order, and have the automation serviced as recommended. We offer servicing on any make if you'd like us to look after it for you.
Yes. Every automated gate is risk-assessed, force-tested to BS EN 12453, CE-marked and issued with a compliance certificate and technical file.
