What we collect
When you build a gate, send an enquiry or request a quote, we collect the details you give us — your name, phone number, email, postcode and any message. If you place an order, we also keep the choices you made so we can prepare your gate.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to you and to design, price, make and install your gate. We don't take any payment through this website, so we never handle card or bank details here.
Who sees it
Just us. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We use privacy-friendly website analytics that don't track you across the web or use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order details for as long as we need them to look after your gate and our records, and no longer than necessary.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@sussexgatesandrailings.co.uk or call 07542 024 681 and we'll sort it out.
